1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange request.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with product images, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
